Manufacturing Technology Manager

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Manufacturing Engineering/Technology, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or directly related field required
- Minimum seven years’ proven leadership experience in a technical environment required
- Ability to evaluate capacity, cycle time, manufacturing costs, and capital project justification
- Experience with plastics injection molding and roto molding preferred
- Strong communication skills with all levels of staff
- Knowledge of Six Sigma/Lean practices
- Skilled in budget preparation
- Ability to communicate technical items to non-technical personnel
- Ability to effectively communicate to all levels within the organization
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
- Hiring Range:
- Between $120,000 - $138,000/year
