EXPERIENCE

  • Two to four years related experience and/or training
  • Construction knowledge (i.e., waterproofing, air barriers, framing, modular, etc.)
  • Basic knowledge of product chemistries
  • OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
  • Ability to travel within assigned territory.
  • Must be well organized, self-motivated, with outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Salesforce.com or other CRM software experience preferred
  • Possess a professional curiosity to figure out how things work or are put together
  • Ability to retain knowledge and training
  • Proven ability to understand, use, and manage your own emotions in positive ways to relieve stress, communicate effectively, empathize with others, overcome challenges and diffuse conflict.
  • Demonstrates self-awareness and emotional self-control through adaptability, achievement orientation, and a positive outlook.
  • Accepts and utilizes feedback effectively.
  • Reads an audience and adjust style and approach accordingly.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong presentations skills

  • PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Incumbent must be able to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach, kneel, talk, hear, and lift up to 25 lbs.
  • BENEFITS AND COMPENSATION:
  • The salary range for applicants in this position generally starts at $90,000 and goes up based on experience. This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications, operations, needs, and other considerations permitted by law.
