Qualifications

  • Ability to communicate and respond to questions in a professional and knowledgeable manner; multi-task and remain detailed and organized; always maintain confidentiality.
  • Consistently demonstrate strong critical thinking skills, task-level judgments/decisions, and a creative approach for generating innovative ideas with the principles of continuous improvement.
  • Ability to follow specific instructions and adhere to safety guidelines; conduct safety and work task plans; recognize and correct job site hazards.
  • Required: State issued Driver’s License as required to drive on company business.
  • Education, License, and Certification
  • High school diploma or GED required, Associate Degree and/or technical training preferred; OSHA and Safety certifications required; ISO 9000/9001/9904 experience and working knowledge preferred. Experience may be substituted for education requirements on a 1:1 basis. Minimum two (2) years of manufacturing experience preferred.
  • License/Certification: none initially, however successful passing of safety and certification training will be required throughout employment with CROFT.

  • Working in Outdoor/Manufacturing Environment: Yes
  • Exposure to harmful chemicals: Yes

Preferred Qualifications
