Key Responsibilities

  • Operate, set up, adjust, and monitor production equipment to meet quality and production targets.
  • Perform machine changeovers and basic troubleshooting; report complex equipment issues.
  • Load raw materials, process products, and transfer finished goods through the manufacturing process.
  • Conduct in-process and final quality inspections using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
  • Complete production, quality, and inventory documentation accurately.
  • Maintain material traceability and follow work orders and production schedules.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime, scrap, and rework.
  • Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all safety procedures, including PPE requirements.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED/CAEC) required
  • Mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to read work orders, specifications, and technical drawings.
  • Experience using precision measuring equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Basic computer and math skills.
  • Effective communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Forklift, overhead crane, or other material handling certifications are considered an asset.
