Role Description
The Manicurist role at Narcissus Hotel and Residence in Jeddah is a full-time, on-site position within the property’s spa and wellness facilities.
The Manicurist will perform professional manicures and pedicures, including nail shaping, cuticle care, exfoliation, and hand and foot treatments in line with brand standards.
The role includes creating classic and creative nail designs, applying polish and nail art, and recommending appropriate treatments and products based on guest needs.
The Manicurist will maintain a clean, sanitized, and well-organized workstation, adhering to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Daily responsibilities also include welcoming guests, understanding their preferences, providing courteous and personalized service, and supporting the spa team in delivering a seamless luxury experience.
Qualifications
- Strong technical skills in Nail Care and Nails, including manicures, pedicures, and basic nail treatments.
- Knowledge of Cosmetology principles and best practices related to hand and foot care, with relevant training or certification preferred.
- Creativity and precision in Nail Art, including classic, modern, and customized designs to meet guest preferences.
- Excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, build rapport, and provide a welcoming, respectful experience for all guests.
- Previous experience in a spa, salon, or hotel environment, ideally within a luxury or high-end setting.
- Ability to follow hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards consistently, with strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
- Professional appearance, punctuality, and reliability, with the ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Basic English and Arabic communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.
