Apt Resources is looking for a talented and experienced Mandarin-Speaking Restaurant Manager to join our client's team in a prestigious dining establishment in Doha, Qatar.
This role is ideal for a passionate hospitality professional who is fluent in Mandarin and has a strong background in managing upscale dining experiences.
As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional service and high-quality food standards.
You will lead, motivate, and develop a team of staff, ensuring that all guests receive a warm and welcoming experience reflective of the restaurant’s high standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Lead, train, and mentor the restaurant staff to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest experiences and promote the restaurant offerings.
