Apt Resources is seeking an experienced F&B Controller for a dynamic role in the hospitality and food & beverage industry in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC).
As an F&B Controller, you will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of food and beverage operations within a hospitality environment, ensuring compliance with financial controls, and maximizing profitability in a fast-paced setting.
You will work closely with the F&B management team to analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to enhance operational efficiency and support overall hospitality operations.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and control food and beverage costs, implement cost-saving strategies, and ensure compliance with budgetary guidelines.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports related to F&B performance, including revenue, expenses, and profitability.
- Conduct regular audits of inventory, supplies, and equipment usage to maintain accurate financial records.
- Collaborate with F&B managers and kitchen teams to optimize menu pricing and portion control.
- Provide financial training and support to F&B staff to enhance their understanding of financial practices.
- Identify opportunities for revenue enhancement and assist in developing strategies to achieve financial goals.
