Overview
Grow’Well is an international agricultural solutions company focused on innovative microbiological fertilizers and sustainable crop productivity technologies.
With production operations in Armenia and international commercial activities across Africa, the Middle East, Asia, and Europe, Grow’Well is entering a major phase of expansion focused on scalable agricultural growth and strategic market development.
We are seeking a highly entrepreneurial and execution-oriented Managing Director to lead the company’s next stage of international growth.
This is not a corporate maintenance role.
We are looking for a commercially driven leader capable of building operations, expanding markets, creating strategic partnerships, and scaling an international business in emerging and developed agricultural markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the company’s international expansion strategy
- Develop commercial partnerships and distributor networks
- Build direct relationships with agricultural holdings and key industry players
- Drive revenue growth and operational performance
- Structure and manage international teams and reporting systems
- Support product registration and market entry processes
- Coordinate operations across multiple jurisdictions
- Identify strategic growth, financing, and expansion opportunities
- Represent the company internationally at meetings, conferences, and negotiations
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong leadership experience in agriculture, fertilizers, agri-inputs, crop solutions, biological products, or related sectors
- Proven international commercial and business development experience
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong operational discipline
- Experience operating in fast-growth or emerging-market environments
- Strong execution and decision-making capabilities
- Ability to work directly with shareholders and senior stakeholders
- Willingness to travel internationally
Experience
in Africa, MENA, Eastern Europe, or international agricultural trade is considered a strong advantage.
