Role Overview
We are seeking a visionary and results-driven **Managing Director** to lead Barber Siva Salon into its next phase of growth.
This is a high-impact role where you will shape the strategy, operations, and culture of the salon, ensuring both financial success and exceptional client experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead overall salon operations, including strategic planning, financial management, and business development.
- Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of stylists, managers, and support staff.
- Drive revenue growth through innovative marketing, service expansion, and client retention strategies.
- Ensure the highest standards of customer experience, quality, and compliance.
- Monitor performance metrics, manage budgets, and implement process improvements.
- Foster a positive, professional, and inclusive work culture that aligns with the brand vision.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in luxury retail, hospitality, or salon management.
- Strong business acumen with experience in P&L management and strategic planning.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Passion for the beauty and grooming industry, with a keen eye for trends and client experience.
- Results-oriented, proactive, and capable of making data-driven decisions.
