• ERM is seeking a capable and talented climate change advisory consultant to join our team to deliver exceptional services to our clients in Australia.
• The ideal candidate will bring experience in managing climate disclosure (AASB S2), climate change risk assessment and carbon accounting engagements.
• We are rapidly growing our capability and capacity to advise clients globally in climate change advisory.
• You will not only be part of a dynamic team in Australia but will help drive the practice globally through our network of climate change and sustainability practitioners worldwide who share experience, knowledge, and best practice.

• If you have the following, we want to hear from you:
• Experience, at least 3-5 years, working with the quantitative aspects of sustainability (e.g. climate risk assessment, carbon accounting, Lifecycle assessment, or similar).
• Experience with project mobilisation, management and delivery.
• Consulting experience is essential (hands on experience with large companies preferred).
• Outstanding personal communication and writing skills.
• Problem solving, issues management, analysis, networking & business development.
• Motivation and drive to achieve and deliver outcomes.
• Eagerness to work in a collaborative and client service focused business.
• Enthusiasm, energy and a desire to invest in and pursue diverse opportunities.
