Role Overview
mTransform is looking for a seasoned
Manager
to take full ownership of project execution, operational workflows, and strategic initiatives.
This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, technology, and delivery — capable of orchestrating multiple workstreams while keeping teams aligned, timelines intact, and outcomes on target.
You will serve as the operational backbone of the organization, ensuring that the right tools, processes, people, and priorities come together seamlessly to drive project success.
Strategy & Project Leadership
- Define, own, and execute the operational strategy across ongoing and upcoming transformation projects
- Translate high-level business goals into structured project plans, milestones, and accountability frameworks
- Lead cross-functional teams and ensure cohesive execution across all project phases
- Monitor project health, proactively identify risks, and implement corrective actions to keep delivery on schedule
Operations & Delivery Management
- Establish and maintain robust project governance structures including schedules, status reporting, and escalation protocols
- Drive adoption and effective use of project management and collaboration tools (ClickUp, Notion, Asana, or equivalent) across teams
- Standardise workflows and operating procedures to improve efficiency and reduce delivery friction
- Coordinate combined efforts of diverse internal and external stakeholders to ensure unified delivery
Legal, Compliance & Research
- Develop working familiarity with legal and regulatory frameworks relevant to the UAE and broader GCC market
- Proactively research compliance requirements applicable to client projects or internal operations
- Collaborate with legal counsel, compliance advisors, or client teams to ensure projects adhere to applicable standards
- Flag and manage compliance risks with a solutions-oriented approach
Technology & Ai Integration
- Leverage AI tools and prompt engineering to enhance team productivity, reporting, documentation, and research workflows
- Stay current on emerging tools and technologies relevant to operations and digital transformation
- Champion a tech-forward mindset within the operations function, encouraging smart automation and data-driven decision-making
Required Qualifications
- **10+ years**
- of progressive experience in strategy, operations, project management, or management consulting
- Proven track record of running complex, multi-stakeholder projects end-to-end with measurable outcomes
- Strong command of project management methodologies (Agile, PMP, or equivalent)
- Hands-on experience with project and collaboration tools such as
ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, Jira
- , or similar platforms
- Comfortable working with
- AI tools
- (e.g., Gemini, Claude, Copilot) and applying prompt engineering for operational tasks
- Demonstrated ability to understand and navigate legal/compliance considerations or willingness to independently research and upskill in this area
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive-level presentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to operate at both strategic and ground level
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in the UAE or GCC market
- Background in management consulting, digital transformation, or tech-enabled services
- Exposure to regulatory frameworks in the UAE (e.g., ADGM, DIFC, federal compliance, data protection)
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree
