As part of your portfolio as
Manager: Revenue Assurance – CredTech
- , you will be responsible for.:
- Establishing, implementing and continuously improving revenue assurance controls for CredTech’s digital lending business, with a focus on safeguarding lending revenues, collections, fees, interest income, partner settlements, cost of sales and related financial flows.
- Covering the full credit revenue lifecycle from loan origination, eligibility, pricing, disbursement, loan booking, repayment allocation, collections, commissions, partner revenue share, write-offs, reversals, settlements, reconciliation and reporting.
- Build and operate a lending-focused revenue assurance framework that ensures revenue integrity, detects leakage, validates partner and platform data, strengthens control coverage, and provides actionable insights to Finance, Commercial, Product, Technology, Risk and partner teams. The role will also ensure that changes in products, pricing, scoring, collections logic, repayment rules, system configurations, partner agreements and platform integrations are assessed for revenue assurance impact before and after implementation.
- This is an individual contributor role requiring strong financial, analytical, controls, systems and lending business understanding, with the ability to operate across multi-country fintech, credit and partner ecosystems.

- *the following:*
- Minimum 4-year tertiary degree in Information Systems, Business, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Data Analytics or related field.
- Professional certification in auditing, revenue assurance, risk, data analytics or information systems advantageous, including relevant ISACA / GRAPA / CIA / CISA / CRISC certifications.
- Minimum 5–7 years’ experience in revenue assurance, finance assurance, fintech, financial services, digital lending, consulting, analytics, accounting, information systems, risk, technology assurance or related fields.
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a manager-level or senior specialist role within a multi-country environment or related business.
- Experience in fintech, digital lending, credit products, collections, revenue assurance, accounting, information technology, risk or financial controls.
- Strong understanding of lending products, partner agreements, revenue recognition principles, collections flows, cost of sales, revenue share models and revenue assurance best practices.
- Experience with data reporting and visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL or similar.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis, financial modelling, reconciliation, reporting and control testing.
- Experience working across global locations / regions with understanding of political, social, infrastructure, regulatory and integrity challenges.
- Understanding of digital banking, fintech, mobile money, lending, collections and partner ecosystem business models.
- What will give an edge to your application:
- MBA or relevant Master’s degree.
- Experience with monitoring tools such as Grafana, Kibana or similar advantageous.
- Experience working across diverse cultures and geographies; Pan-African experience.
