As part of your portfolio as

Manager: HR - CredTech

  • , you will be responsible for:
  • Managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle for CredTech employees in the UAE, ensuring that people operations, employee experience, local compliance, and HR service delivery are managed effectively and in alignment with Group Fintech people frameworks and CredTech business priorities.
  • Delivering efficient, compliant, and employee-centric HR operations across recruitment, onboarding, contracts, immigration and visa management, employee relations, payroll inputs, leave and benefits administration, HR data management, reporting, policy implementation, and exit management. The role also oversees office administration and facilities coordination within the DIFC entity to ensure a seamless and professional employee experience.
  • Act as the local HR partner to the CredTech leadership team and as the operational interface to Group Fintech HR, ensuring that CredTech has fit-for-purpose people processes, scalable HR practices, and a strong compliance and service culture to support growth in a high-performance fintech environment.
  • This is an individual contributor role requiring strong ownership, sound judgement, operational discipline, and the ability to build a future-fit people operations model in a scaling digital business.

  • ***must have***
  • *the following:*
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Training in office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM tools)
  • Minimum 6–8 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in UAE-based HR operations or generalist roles
  • In-depth understanding of
  • UAE labour laws, DIFC, MOHRE, and GDRFA regulations
  • Experience managing immigration, visa processing, and PRO/vendor relationships
  • Proven track record in HR operations, compliance, and analytics within fintech, financial services, or technology sectors
  • What will give an edge to your application:
  • Postgraduate qualification (MBA/MHRM)
  • HR certification (CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent)
  • Relevant certification/accreditation/membership with a professional body
  • Experience supporting senior leadership or C-suite executives in a corporate environment
