Enable workforce planning and engineering resource allocation across multiple entities.
Provide strategic visibility into capacity, utilization, and future resource needs so talent is assigned to priorities.

Responsibilities
- Consolidate engineering resource information and coordinate allocation across entities.
- Match demand to capabilities based on skills, availability, and business priorities; monitor utilization and workload.
- Ensure requests follow established processes and prioritize needs with Strategic Engineering leadership.
- Track contractor resources, prepare governance materials, and serve as an operational interface with engineering organizations and PMOs.
- Maintain resource dashboards and report on utilization, capacity, allocations, demand, forecast shortages, and cross-entity movements.
- Maintain skills inventories and capability maps; keep resource data current.
- Promote standardized resource management through digitalization and automation.
Basic qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- 7–10 years in engineering, engineering management or operations, program management, PMO, or resource planning.
- Experience in a matrix organization.
- Strong understanding of aerospace and defense engineering environments.
- English proficiency is required unless otherwise stated.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience in aerospace, defense, manufacturing, or another complex engineering environment is preferred.
- A Master's degree is desirable.
