Position: Manager – R&D.
Location stated in the description: Navi Mumbai (Mahape).
Experience: 5–10 years.
Qualification and functional competencies
- Education: B.E., B.Tech, M.E., or M.Tech.
- Knowledge of low-voltage panel design and switchgear components such as ACB and MCCB.
- Knowledge of switchgear, power systems, sheet metal, and moulding manufacturing processes.
- Knowledge of 3D modeling software such as Creo, SolidWorks, or AutoCAD; SAP; purchasing; prototyping; BOMs; and drawings.
Key responsibilities
- Design and develop low-voltage panels.
- Perform short-circuit analysis, costing, thermal analysis, and testing of LV panels.
- Communicate with internal and external clients to understand requirements and expectations and check feasibility.
- Create models and drawings using Creo and AutoCAD.
- Test LV panels according to IEC 61439.
