Role responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end testing across complex systems, interfaces, vendors, and delivery teams.
- Drive testing, defects, risks, and blockers through resolution to keep quality and delivery on track.
- Own test strategy and delivery from planning and requirements traceability through execution and completion.
- Engage and influence business and IT stakeholders, challenge when needed, and remain hands-on in the detail.
About you
- Experienced, hands-on Test Manager with a strong track record delivering testing across complex, integrated technology environments.
- Confident and influential communicator able to engage, challenge, and manage business and IT stakeholders at all levels.
- Pragmatic, energetic, and delivery-focused, able to structure complex work, solve problems, and address details.
