The role balances delivery quality, financial control, governance obligations and changing business priorities in a large environment that includes SAP.
Responsibilities
- Own the billing and recharge lifecycle for enterprise application services and vendor engagements.
- Monitor vendor delivery, utilisation, costs and performance against quality expectations.
- Turn financial and performance data into dashboards, recommendations and executive reporting.
- Partner with finance, procurement, technology teams and vendors to reconcile billing, resolve issues and manage commercial risks.
- Monitor vendor effort, utilisation, delivery quality, cost and performance to support value-for-money decisions.
- Improve vendor panels, performance measures and governance processes.
About you
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Business, Commerce or a related field.
- Extensive experience in vendor billing, financial reconciliation and commercial governance in a complex technology environment.
- Knowledge of enterprise application delivery, design and build governance, change control and release management; SAP experience is ideal.
- Capability in vendor performance management, procurement coordination and resolving complex billing or commercial issues.
- Strong analytical, stakeholder engagement and communication skills, including dashboard and executive-insight experience.
