Role overview

Product leadership and delivery

• Lead product strategy and execution, prioritizing customer experience and measurable outcomes.
• Manage and mentor large cross-functional teams across geographies.
• Partner with engineering to plan and execute product development across quarters and sprints.
• Integrate AI and analytics with data science teams.
• Maintain roadmaps, mitigate risks, and prepare contingency plans.
• Explain complex features as customer benefits to improve adoption and satisfaction.

Candidate qualifications

• Proven product management experience and deep understanding of customer experience, merchant analytics, the advertising ecosystem, third-party data, and AI.
• Ability to lead and mentor large, diverse global teams.
• Exposure to marketing campaigns and interaction with CMOs is noted.
• Strong communication and stakeholder influence, ownership, agility, initiative, and an entrepreneurial mindset.

Compensation

• For work performed in Canada, the posting lists a Toronto pay range of CAD 121,000–169,000 and possible eligibility for a discretionary annual incentive.
