Duties
- and Responsibilities
- Contribute to the planning, coordination, and execution of all local partner activations within the EWC & ENC festivals.
- Manage relationships with Saudi-based sponsors, private companies, and community partners participating in the festival.
- Manage partner onboarding, briefing, and coordination through all stages - from design and setup to live operations and dismantling along with the Senior Manager
- Ensure all partner activations align with the festival s creative direction, brand identity, and operational guidelines.
- Collaborate with the internal teams to ensure activations meet layout, permitting, and compliance requirements.
- Co-Supervise external vendors, contractors, and production agencies responsible for building and delivering activation spaces.
- Manage the festival s local partner activation schedule, ensuring smooth operations and on-time delivery.
- Coordinate with the Marketing and Fan Engagement teams to maximize visibility and fan participation in local partner activities.
- Align on reporting frameworks to evaluate partner satisfaction, performance, and ROI after the festival.
- Where directed, monitor budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial alignment across activation projects.
- Prepare partner decks, status updates, and event recaps for senior management and key stakeholders.
- Maintain strong relationships with municipal and community organizations to encourage local engagement and participation.
Education
- and Experience
- Bachelor s degree in Event Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Proven experience managing brand activations and sponsorship projects from concept to delivery.
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
- Excellent understanding of large-scale event planning and partner integration.
- Experience collaborating with creative, commercial, and operational teams.
- Strong project management and organizational abilities, with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple activations simultaneously under tight timelines.
- Solid budgeting, tracking, and reporting capabilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to represent EWC with professionalism.
- Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
- Prior professional experience working in KSA.
