We are seeking a Cloud Operations Manager based in India to lead our regional Site Reliability Engineering, cloud infrastructure, and platform operations team. This role oversees the reliability, scalability, performance, and security of our cloud infrastructure while driving modern automation practices. The ideal candidate blends direct people leadership with deep, hands-on engineering acumen across enterprise cloud architecture, automated delivery pipelines, and production incident management.

Prior experience managing a high-performing engineering team in India responsible for mission-critical, enterprise SaaS environments.

Demonstrated track record of establishing blameless post-mortem practices, reducing mean time to detection, and driving root-cause remediation.

Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate smoothly with broader business stakeholders and technical leadership.

Experience balancing high-priority production escalations with long-term platform modernization and technical debt reduction.
