Collaborates with cross-functional teams, drives design quality, mentors designers, and ensures scalable, consistent design aligned with systems and business goals.
Role Profile
- Lead design direction for fintech and payments experiences across mobile and web platforms
- Own end-to-end product design from discovery to delivery, including prototyping and validation
- Simplify complex financial journeys into intuitive, secure user experiences
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Business, and Data teams to define outcomes
- Drive high standards in UX, UI, interaction design, and visual quality
- Mentor and guide designers through feedback, critiques, and design reviews
- Ensure scalable, consistent solutions aligned with design systems and guidelines
- Facilitate workshops, design sprints, and decision-making with strong stakeholder alignment
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in product/UX design with strong UI/UX fundamentals
- Proven experience in fintech, payments, or financial services, designing transaction and payment journeys
- Strong end-to-end product design capability, from discovery and ideation to delivery and iteration
- Expertise in prototyping, interaction design, and user-centered design across mobile and web platforms
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate design decisions, rationale, and trade-offs clearly
- Experience with Agile/Scrum environments, design systems, and delivering scalable, high-quality design solutions
