Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related scientific discipline field.
- Experience working as both a technical lead and people manager
- Proven experience in a data and analytics role, including direct development experience.
- Experience working with large datasets, data visualization tools, statistical software packages and platforms
- Proficiency in Python and machine learning as well as LLM and agentic AI solutions
- Demonstrable Experience in development of integration of generative AI or large-scale automation tools—preferably in life sciences, biotech, or healthcare.
- Experience with major PDS applications (SAP, Oracle, LIMS, Infinity, MES) is a plus.
- Experience with biotech product development, manufacturing operations, supply chain, and quality control is a significant plus.
- Experience in the biopharma industry a plus.
