Role overview

Develop, tender, procure and manage contractual performance of global transportation, warehousing and logistics service partners.

Support the service partner network, commercial agreements, service levels and governance for PlayStation operations across AMER, EMEA, ANZ, APAC and Japan.

Manage cross-Operations OPEX and CAPEX budgeting, including CPU-level inputs and tracking through budget cycles.

Responsibilities

  • Lead global tenders for transportation, warehousing and logistics partners, with clear business requirements and robust commercial and operational processes.
  • Manage sea freight NVO and BCO, road freight FTL and LTL, air freight, warehouse 3PL RFP and 4PL control tower tenders for B2B and B2C operations.
  • Coordinate with Procurement, Finance, Legal, Logistics, Warehousing, Planning and regional Operations to balance cost, service, capability, risk and scalability.
  • Support contractual SLA oversight and escalate partner issues requiring contractual, commercial or senior operational review.
  • Own partner QBRs, including preparation, performance reporting, action tracking and follow-up.
  • Manage OPEX and CAPEX budgets, provide CPU assumptions and inputs, and track monthly performance against budget.
  • Support budget submissions, forecasts, variance analysis and operational cost visibility with Finance and Planning.
  • Establish governance for tendering, partner reviews, SLA performance and budget tracking; develop reporting packs, scorecards and action logs.
  • Identify opportunities to improve partner performance, cost efficiency, service quality and operational resilience.

Role scope and collaboration

  • Work across global regions and coordinate with Procurement, Finance, Legal, Logistics, Warehousing, Planning and regional Operations teams.
  • Support global service partner tendering, procurement, contractual performance management and cross-Operations budgeting.
