• e, we are looking to appoint a Head of Capital Solutions & Origination to drive revenue, client origination, mandate sourcing, and platform deal flow
• .This is a senior, execution-focused role at the intersection of capital, partnerships, and deal origination
• .What the role focuses on:
• Originate new client and business opportunities requiring equity, debt, or structured capital solutions across the firm’s investment banking and asset management divisions.
• Source advisory and transaction mandates across corporates, developers, sponsors, and institutional counterparties
• Identify and onboard investment managers across private equity, real estate, and alternative strategies to launch funds under Ento Capital platform
• Manage capital raising initiatives for existing and new private equity and real estate funds.
• Build and manage relationships with corporates, developers, family offices, and institutional counterparties across target markets
• Structure tailored capital solutions aligned with transaction requirements and platform strategy
• Drive revenue through mandates, transactions, fund launches, and strategic partnerships
• Work closely with internal investment, legal, and capital formation teams to ensure end-to-end execution
• Position Ento Capital as a strategic partner for capital solutions, fund structuring, and investment execution
• We are looking for:
• 5-7 years of experience in origination, business development, or deal sourcing within investment banking, private markets, asset management, or advisory
• Strong track record of originating mandates or transaction opportunities (equity, debt, or structured finance)
• Experience working with corporates, developers, sponsors, or investment managers
• Strong understanding of capital structures and transaction frameworks
• Ability to build and convert senior-level relationships into commercial mandates
• Strong commercial judgment, communication, and negotiation skills
• Execution-driven mindset in a fast-paced, platform environment
