We are seeking a talented and experienced Manager Marketing Communication . In this key role, you will manage EtihadWE’ s marketing communications, enhancing its public image, and supporting its strategic objectives

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing communication strategies that align with EtihadWE’s objectives. Craft plans to enhance public perception and support organizational goals.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with media representatives, including journalists, editors, and influencers. Act as the main point of contact for media inquiries and ensure that EtihadWE’s messages are effectively communicated.
• Design and implement PR campaigns to promote EtihadWE’s initiatives, projects, and achievements. This involves creating compelling press releases, media pitches, and other promotional materials.
• Prepare and manage crisis communication strategies. Address potential issues or emergencies that may impact EtihadWE’ s reputation, ensuring accurate and timely information is communicated to the public and media.
• Develop and manage relationships with key external stakeholders, including community leaders, regulatory agencies, industry groups, and partners. Engage these stakeholders to support EtihadWE’ s strategic interests.
• Oversee the creation of high-quality content for communication channels, including press releases, speeches, newsletters, and reports. Ensure consistency with EtihadWE’s messaging and brand.
• Plan and coordinate external events such as press conferences, public forums, and corporate functions. Manage all aspects of event logistics, including coordination with vendors and stakeholders.
• Monitor media coverage and public sentiment regarding EtihadWE. Analyze the effectiveness of PR strategies and campaigns, providing reports and recommendations to senior management.
• Manage and enhance EtihadWE’s public image through proactive communication and strategic initiatives. Address and mitigate any negative publicity or misinformation that arises.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in public relations, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field is typically required.
• Master’s degree in a relevant area is preferred.
• Experience in public relations, external communications, or a related field.
• Understanding of legal and regulatory requirements related to public communications, particularly in the utilities or infrastructure sectors.
• Proficiency in using communication and media tools, including social media platforms, content management systems (CMS), and PR software.
