Position Summary
- The Key account manager will be responsible for developing and implementing the strategy and annual channel/customers plans that are aligned with overall business and customer strategies, while achieving the agreed KPIs for the channel/customers.
- A day in the life of a Key Account Manager
- Build complete Channel/Customer Plan to drive the overall business.
- Lead, coach, and develop the Key account sales team and 3rd party merchandising team.
- Lead on the execution of the plans for assigned Account (s) through the key account team, that are aligned with business objectives and customer strategies.
- Facilitate excellence in execution in the daily business by planning, communicating, anticipating, measuring results consistently and implementing corrective action or learning.
- Nurture productive business relationship to include cross-functional leaders and customer key stakeholders.
- Accountable and responsible to achieve agreed upon Key Account targets and KPIs;
- Adhere to all Company principles and policies including Nestlé trade policy, local Sales policy, local Trade Terms, Safety and legal regulations.
- What will make you successful
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree;
- Min. 5 years of relevant Key Account Manager experience in different customers;
- Demonstrated success in previous roles;
- Interpersonal skills;
- Leadership and coaching skills;
- Analytical skills.
