• Ensure that all information assets and systems of Marico are protected, the exposures which may affect availability, integrity & confidentiality are identified, and appropriate controls are implemented
• Create, Review and Modify Marico Information/ Cyber Security policies, procedures & guidelines reflecting requirements of India regulatory laws/ acts and international framework / best practices
• Coordinate with vendors & internal stake holders to manage Cyber Security Services. Take preventive/ corrective actions against cyber incidents
• Coordinate with various internal / external audits for IT general control / VA PT etc. and provide details/ evidence to them as per requirements. Ensure that all feasible audit observations and internal/ external advisory measures are implemented through respective IT teams
• Ensure that appropriate testing of information security, IT business continuity and disaster recovery plans are carried out to meet business needs
• Capture & share knowledge for information/ cyber security within IT team to enhance capabilities and to strengthen the awareness to end users including contractors
• Handle the SAP GRC, SAP Spa and IT Audit interfaces and ensure right compliance to the laid down rules
