Develop, implement, and oversee IT compliance programs for secure and efficient technology operations.
Collaborate across departments to maintain policies and procedures aligned with regulations and standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain understanding of IT compliance regulations, standards, and frameworks.
- Establish and maintain an IT compliance program aligned with industry best practices.
- Collaborate with legal and IT teams on IT policies and procedures.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement strategies to mitigate identified risks.
- Coordinate internal and external IT audits and report compliance deficiencies.
- Deliver compliance training and promote organization-wide compliance awareness.
- Maintain an incident response plan, investigate potential breaches, and implement corrective actions.
- Integrate compliance requirements into IT processes and projects.
- Advise stakeholders as a subject matter expert on IT compliance matters.
Skills, Experience and Education
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least six years of IT compliance management experience, preferably in hospitality or a related industry.
- In-depth knowledge of IT governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
- Strong understanding of regulations and standards such as GDPR and PCI DSS.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and lead compliance initiatives.
- A master's degree and certifications such as CISA or CISSP are preferred.
