About This Role
Purpose Of The Role
Support Investments team of Arada in structuring, negotiating and concluding transactions whether by way of acquisitions or joint ventures for lands or business within the UAE and internationally.
Support Arada by leading transaction executions including but not limited to creating & reviewing transaction structures, commercial terms, legal terms and complex transaction documents.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in evaluating acquisitions, joint ventures and investments within the UAE and internationally, across sectors like real estate, education, healthcare, hospitality
- Leading preparation of offer documents including LOIs, term sheets
- Leading creation of transaction structures, preparing financial model, and negotiations
- Lead in reviewing and finalizing all transaction documents such as sale & purchase agreement, development agreements, shareholder’s agreements, joint venture agreements, management agreements,
- Keep track of all commitments, conditions and reporting as per the transaction documents
- Post closure, led external stakeholder management as per the transaction documents
- Assist in managing the internal process to conclude a deal, processes would include site visits, financial modeling, contracts / agreements review and drafting, project management, preparing management presentations, internal stake holder management
- Engage with external and internal stakeholders across transaction life-cycle
Qualification
- MBA / CA / CFA.
- Degree in Law (English law is preferred)
Experience
- Min 8+ years experience in investment banking, private equity fund, real estate developer or general M&A/ corporate development role
- Experience of working on concluding business deals (including extensive work on structures & documents) such as land or business acquisitions, joint ventures, investments, built to suit lease, management agreements
- Preferred real estate sector experience

- Ability to draft and review complex contracts/ agreements
- Strong presentation skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Critical thinking and situational leadership skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
