We are partnering with one of Dubai's most prestigious developers to appoint an exceptional Interior Design Manager to lead the design and delivery of a portfolio of hyperluxury residential developments.

About The Role
We are seeking a highly creative and technically strong designer with a refined design sensibility, a passion for luxury living and a proven track record of delivering exceptional residential interiors.
Responsibilities
- Lead the interior design process from concept development through to project completion.
- Develop and maintain the highest standards of design quality across multiple luxury residential projects.
- Manage and coordinate external design consultants, ensuring design intent is maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
- Review layouts, material palettes, FF&E selections and bespoke design details.
- Work closely with internal development, architecture, technical and construction teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Conduct design reviews and provide clear direction to consultants and stakeholders.
- Ensure projects are delivered in line with programme, budget and quality expectations.
- Keep up to date with global luxury design trends, materials and emerging technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in interior design.
- At least 3 years' experience in a managerial or leadership role.
- Proven experience delivering hyper luxury hospitality OR residential developments.
- A portfolio demonstrating exceptional high-end residential projects with a strong emphasis on bespoke interiors and premium finishes.
- Experience working for a leading developer or internationally recognised architectural or interior design consultancy.
- Strong understanding of luxury materials, FF&E, custom joinery and high-end detailing.
- Excellent design presentation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design software. Experience with Revit is advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of local authority requirements and construction processes within the UAE is preferred.
