The Reporting and Insights Manager will lead the evolution of Coveo machine-learning search and the SharePoint content management system.
The role advances knowledge strategy, data-driven insights, CMS modernization, employee experience, and operational efficiency.
The Knowledge Management team supports enterprise knowledge platforms, search, content governance, analytics, and digital modernization.
Responsibilities
- Develop and publish Power BI and Coveo analytics dashboards and turn usage, search, and engagement data into actionable insights.
- Lead Coveo releases and CMS updates, integrations, feature development, and platform enhancements.
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and monitor Coveo and CMS platforms.
- Optimize search relevance, query pipelines, and metadata; improve content architecture, taxonomy, organization, page design, and usability.
- Partner with developers, product owners, and business stakeholders to identify content gaps and platform opportunities.
- Train and support users and document configurations, workflows, deployment processes, and best practices.
- Ensure security and regulatory compliance and protect content integrity, confidentiality, and availability.
- Advise on AI-powered search and CMS strategy; represent the team in cross-functional groups and lead knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, knowledge management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of CMS experience, such as Modern SharePoint or Confluence, including publishing workflows and governance.
- Experience deploying and maintaining Coveo or similar AI-powered search engines, including configuration, query pipeline design, relevance tuning, platform integrations, APIs, analytics, and machine learning models.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, web publishing standards, and Power BI.
- Understanding of machine learning and natural language processing applied to search and content personalization.
- Strong analytical skills in content performance and user behavior, plus clear verbal and written communication. Salesforce integration familiarity is an asset.
Work arrangement
- Hybrid work arrangement with three days per week in the office; flexible work arrangements are also noted.
Compensation
- Expected annual base salary is CAD 73,000–95,000, with eligibility for an annual short-term incentive.
