Role overview

Shelf management

• Own long-term shelf strategy and lead fund merger and termination screening, assessment, recommendations, and execution.
• Assess fund objectives and potential continuing funds; present recommendations to senior management and the Independent Review Committee.
• Work with Fund Accounting, Sales, and Product Leadership to execute fund changes and align recommendations across product structures.

Pricing

• Lead the fund pricing and dealer compensation team and oversee strategy, implementation, and the coordinated pricing framework.
• Monitor competitive and regulatory developments, competitor actions, dealer and advisor needs, distribution, and platform pricing.
• Lead annual pricing reviews and develop recommendations for the Operating Committee; develop pricing initiatives and new-product proposals.
• Coordinate pricing changes with operations, distribution, training, disclosures, and other functions; oversee private-label and special-category pricing.
• Oversee private wealth series reporting, monitoring, policy, eligibility, and exceptions; ensure appropriate MERs and competitive fund pricing.

Solutions and accounts

• Set strategy and provide end-to-end delivery and oversight for investment solutions and account types on Mackenzie’s platform.

Workplace

• Hybrid work environment with three days per week in the office.
