The FP&A Manager leads financial planning, forecasting, performance analysis, and management reporting across the Aldar Hospitality portfolio.
The role provides an independent, forward-looking view of performance and translates financial data into recommendations for Executive Management and the Board.
The manager drives FP&A transformation through AI, automation, and advanced analytics.
Planning and performance
- Drive annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and five-year planning with the Corporate Director of Finance.
- Review property forecasts across revenue, EBITDA, cash flow, payroll, operating costs, and CAPEX; develop scenarios and improve forecast accuracy.
- Lead monthly property performance reviews, identify variance drivers, risks, and opportunities, and track improvement actions.
Reporting and business partnering
- Prepare concise monthly executive reporting and financial narratives for Board, budget, and Aldar Group reporting.
- Partner with asset management, hotel operators, general managers, and finance directors; support business cases, cost optimization, and capital-allocation decisions.
CAPEX and AI transformation
- Monitor maintenance CAPEX, FF&E, and project CAPEX against budgets and cash-flow forecasts; assess investment returns.
- Implement practical AI use cases, automate consolidation and reporting, and develop AI-enabled dashboards and decision-support tools.
- Ensure AI outputs are accurate, explainable, and human-reviewed; build AI capability across finance and operational teams.
Required qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related discipline, plus a professional finance qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent.
- 7–10 years of relevant FP&A experience and experience leading budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
- Strong financial modelling, analytical, and executive communication skills; practical AI application in finance and experience with automation, analytics, or digital transformation.
Preferred experience
- Hospitality, real estate, or asset management experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of USALI and the GCC hospitality market is preferred.
