Job Description

The manager will oversee daily cleaning operations, supervise and schedule staff, and ensure all services meet quality standards. They will handle client communication, resolve issues, and maintain strong customer satisfaction. The role also includes managing cleaning supplies, controlling costs, ensuring health and safety compliance, and supporting business growth.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage cleaning staff, including scheduling and task assignment
• Ensure all cleaning services meet company quality standards
• Conduct regular site inspections and maintain service consistency
• Communicate with clients, handle complaints, and ensure satisfaction
• Manage cleaning supplies, equipment, and inventory
• Monitor costs and improve operational efficiency
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements

• Previous experience in cleaning, facilities management, or similar role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
• Basic knowledge of cleaning equipment and chemicals

Preferred

• Experience in a supervisory or managerial role
• Knowledge of health & safety standards

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month
