Personal Assistant to General Manager (Female)
About This Role
A Personal Assistant is responsible for helping an individual manage their daily schedule, communications, and tasks efficiently. They ensure smooth day-to-day operations by handling administrative duties and coordinating activities.
Requirements:
- Female candidate, aged between 20–30 years
- Strong typing and computer skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint
- Ability to prepare professional presentations
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Bilingual candidates are a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
Education:
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
- personal assistant or in a similar administrative role: 1 year (Preferred)
Language:
- Arabic, Syrian, English (Preferred)
