- The opportunity
- We are looking for an AI Upskilling Lead who can turn AI into something people actually use, not just talk about.
- You will design and deliver hands-on training that helps clients apply tools like Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, n8n, Claude and AI agents in their day-to-day work.

- You need to be confident in front of senior stakeholders, able to simplify complex ideas, and focused on real outcomes
- Your key responsibilities
- Lead hands-on AI workshops and training sessions
- Deliver practical sessions on Copilot, Copilot Studio, n8n, Claude, ChatGPT and AI agents
- Design simple, relevant use cases people can apply immediately
- Facilitate sessions to identify where AI can save time or improve work
- Support executive briefings and leadership sessions
- Create training materials, playbooks and examples that are easy to follow
- Help teams leave with clear next steps, including 30, 60 and 90 day plans
- Work closely with FAAS, EY Academy and AI Hub teams

- Keeps up with new tools and knows what is actually useful
- To qualify for the role, you must have
- 10+ years experience, Manager level or above
- Strong experience delivering training, workshops or capability programmes
- Hands-on experience with AI tools such as Copilot, Copilot Studio, n8n, Claude or similar
- Comfortable working with senior stakeholders
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
- Able to explain technical topics in a simple, practical way
- Background in consulting, professional services, L&D, digital or AI adoption is a plus
- Fluent Arabic and English
- Ideally, you ll also have
- Bachelor s degree in AI, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering or a related field
- Master s or PhD preferred, especially in AI or related areas
- MBA is a strong plus, especially alongside a technical background
- Strong academic background from a leading university preferred, for example: Oxford, Cambridge, Imperial, LSE, UCL, INSEAD, LBS, IE, HEC, Harvard, MIT, Stanford or similar
- Certifications in teaching, facilitation or learning design are highly valued
- Relevant AI certifications (e.g. Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, OpenAI) are a plus
