Are you ready to bring the right energy to Petrofac and help us deliver a better future for everyone? JOB TITLE: MANAGER – EXPEDITING Key Responsibilities

• Manage, coordinate and maintain the operation of all expediting functions to meet timely delivery of project materials, while driving highly effective and efficient teams to achieve set strategic targets. Develop and manage the resources within budgets in order to meet project work fonts
• Comply with HSSE and company’s policies, procedures, code of business conduct and legislation performance of the duties.
• Identify and provide the project expediting plan and project specific expediting procedures based on the project contract.
• Assist in the development of project procurement plan and other associated documentation required as part of project execution plan.
• Identify project expediting requirements and form the necessary team to meet the requirements. Interview, hire and oversee the training of new staff whenever required.
• Oversee an updated electronic folder of awarded purchase order that shall be used throughout the project period.
• Participate in and steer post award kick off meeting for critical and Long Lead Items to discuss vendor deliverables, execution philosophy, progress schedules, identify potential risk and remedial plan to meet project schedule.
• Lead the resolution of any contractual congestion with the vendor in agreement with procurement and contract department.
• Represent expediting at project review meetings. Document expediting track record so that respective personnel are aware of the status of an order.
• Oversee the vendor performance evaluation in collaboration with the relevant expediting engineers to evaluate vendor trends and recommend improvement plans.
• Direct and coordinate all expediting activities from release of purchase orders to final payment of vendors invoices.
• Manage, coordinate and monitor the expediting services and develop the resourcing plan in anticipation of projected workload within allocated budgets.
• Direct and control the selection, performance, training and development of all Expediting personnel.
• Develop team goals and continuously manage the achievement of set targets; measure team’s performance and provide feedback and improvement plans for continuous improvement to achieve set targets.
• Represent the expediting function in management meetings.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned by Expediting Director.

Essential Qualifications And Skills

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering (preferably mechanical or electrical) and maximum years of relevant experience in the construction and engineering or Oil and Gas industries.
• A minimum years in an equal role and have managed and coordinated relatively large scale activities and supervised a team of managers.
• An experience in supply chain is an added value.
