Lead, plan, and monitor enterprise architecture practices across RTA.
Align technology strategy with Dubai Government direction and support digital transformation, innovation, governance, resilience, and sustainable management of technology investments.
Strategy and governance
- Develop an enterprise architecture vision aligned with digital strategy, government directives, and emerging technology trends.
- Oversee architecture baselines and target models, and enforce technology governance standards and principles.
- Develop forward-looking technology roadmaps and lead the Corporate Architecture Review Team.
- Shape policies and compliance frameworks supporting risk management, strategic direction, and regulatory requirements.
Operations and improvement
- Establish and govern an enterprise architecture repository with agencies and sectors.
- Direct demand analysis, business case development, and requirements policies.
- Oversee consulting supplier selection, tendering, procurement, contractual compliance, and KPI monitoring.
- Manage financial resources and oversee the architecture service catalogue, SLAs, issue diagnosis, and corrective action.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans.
- Improve architecture frameworks and methodologies, advise on governance standards, support innovation, and coordinate cross-agency delivery.
- Lead people development, mentoring, and capability building within the enterprise architecture function.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or information systems.
- 12+ years of related experience with a master’s degree, or 14+ years with a bachelor’s degree.
- TOGAF Certified (The Open Group Architecture Framework).
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
