We are looking for an experienced and passionate **Male Coffee Shop Manager** to oversee the daily operations of our café.
The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, excellent customer service, and hands-on experience in managing café operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily café operations efficiently
- Supervise and train staff and baristas
- Ensure high standards of customer service
- Monitor inventory, stock ordering, and supplier coordination
- Handle cash management and sales reporting
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards
- Prepare staff schedules and manage attendance
- Address customer concerns professionally
- Support business growth and operational improvements
Requirements
- **Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Coffee Shop Manager in UAE**
- Male candidates are required due to the nature of the work
- Valid UAE Driving License is required
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- F&B Experience is an advantage
- Knowledge of coffee preparation and café operations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management
