Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the entire development process for assigned projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Lead feasibility analyses, site selection, and due diligence to assess new development opportunities.
- Prepare and manage project budgets, timelines, and reports, providing updates to senior management.
- Identify project risks and implement strategies to mitigate them throughout the development cycle.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and developments, ensuring Qiddiya remains at the forefront of innovation in entertainment and leisure.
- Mentor and develop team members to instill best practices in project development and management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Urban Planning, Construction Management, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- A minimum of 6-9 years of experience in real estate development or project management, with a focus on large-scale projects.
- Strong understanding of development processes, financial modeling, and feasibility studies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Urban Planning, Construction Management, or a related field (Master's preferred).
