Key Responsibilities Execute end-to-end RPA projects using strict Waterfall methodology, managing project plans, critical path milestones, and phase-gate sign-offs.

Coordinate cross-functional technical teams (BAs, Developers, Solution Architects) to deliver core RPA artifacts including PDDs, SDDs, and UAT sign-offs.

Lead executive stakeholder management by serving as the central point of contact, aligning competing business priorities, and translating technical updates into clear business value.

Proactively manage project risks, dependencies, resource allocation, and change control using structured RAID logs to prevent scope creep.

Facilitate seamless cross-departmental operations between business process owners, IT security, and automation infrastructure teams.

Required Skills Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or Delivery Specialist managing enterprise IT software implementations.

Deep practical background in Waterfall methodology, documentation standards, and formal milestone delivery.

Hands-on knowledge of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) platforms (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism) and the automation lifecycle.

Strong executive-level stakeholder management, conflict resolution, and communication skills.

Proficiency with project management and workflow tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, and MS Visio.
