Role overview

What you'll do

• Assess AI maturity, data quality and risk in buy-side and sell-side engagements and deliver board-level health checks.
• Support post-acquisition value creation and portfolio monitoring for acquired or divested assets.
• Translate findings into actionable insights on risks, value drivers and priorities.
• Build understanding of client data and operations for integration or divestiture work and carry diligence insights into Data & AI workstreams.
• Support business development, proposals, points of view and client discussions.
• Develop tools and methods to scale the practice; coach junior colleagues and contribute to capability building.
• Manage complex workstreams and deliverables, build client relationships and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.

Skills and experience

• The posting offers 5+ years in AI, data and analytics, or technology consulting as guidance; M&A or due diligence exposure is ideal, and the guidance is not limiting.
• Strong understanding of AI and data ecosystems, cloud data platforms, AI/ML, MLOps or AI infrastructure, governance and enterprise platforms.
• Analytical and structured problem-solving skills, with ability to explain technical findings in commercial terms.
• Project and workstream leadership experience, including developing junior team members and overseeing quality.
• Strong communication, presentation, client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with relevant methodologies, frameworks, standards and tools; advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
• Professional confidentiality and willingness to travel to client locations as required.
