Etihad Airways is seeking a high-potential UAE National to join our Corporate Finance team in a unique role that combines secured and unsecured financing, artificial intelligence, data-driven decision making, and emerging technologies.
This is not a traditional corporate finance opportunity.
For the right candidate, Etihad is willing to invest in developing traditional corporate finance and treasury knowledge, provided you bring strong analytical capability, intellectual curiosity, and a passion for emerging technologies.

Working directly with senior leaders across Treasury, Finance, Strategy, and Technology, you will play a highly visible role supporting Etihad s Journey 2030 transformation agenda.

Strategic Finance & Business Transformation
- Support strategic projects across Corporate Finance and Financial Risk Management functions.
- Assist with financial modelling, business case development, scenario analysis, and strategic planning initiatives.
- Contribute to funding, financing, and capital allocation projects while developing expertise in aviation finance and treasury management.
- Support senior leadership with insights, presentations, and analysis to enable informed business decisions.
AI, Analytics & Innovation
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI, machine learning, automation, and advanced analytics across Corporate Finance and Risk Management activities.
- Support the development of intelligent reporting, forecasting, scenario modelling, and decision-support tools.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends that can improve efficiency, insight generation, and financial decision making.
- Act as a champion for innovation and continuous improvement within the Corporate Finance function.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders across Finance, Technology, Data & Analytics, FP&A and Strategy teams.
- Build strong working relationships across the business while developing a broad understanding of airline operations and financial performance.
- Present findings, recommendations, and innovative solutions to senior leadership audiences.
Leadership Development
- Participate in strategic initiatives with significant exposure to executive leadership.
- Contribute to the development of future-focused finance capabilities within the organization.
- Develop the skills, knowledge, and experience required for future leadership opportunities within Finance and the wider business.
