Etihad Airways is seeking a high-potential UAE National to join our Corporate Finance team in a unique role that combines secured and unsecured financing, artificial intelligence, data-driven decision making, and emerging technologies.
This is not a traditional corporate finance opportunity.
For the right candidate, Etihad is willing to invest in developing traditional corporate finance and treasury knowledge, provided you bring strong analytical capability, intellectual curiosity, and a passion for emerging technologies.

• Strategic Finance & Business Transformation
Support strategic projects across Corporate Finance and Financial Risk Management functions.
Assist with financial modelling, business case development, scenario analysis, and strategic planning initiatives.
Contribute to funding, financing, and capital allocation projects while developing expertise in aviation finance and treasury management.
Support senior leadership with insights, presentations, and analysis to enable informed business decisions.
• AI, Analytics & Innovation
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI, machine learning, automation, and advanced analytics across Corporate Finance and Risk Management activities.
- Support the development of intelligent reporting, forecasting, scenario modelling, and decision-support tools.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends that can improve efficiency, insight generation, and financial decision making.
- Act as a champion for innovation and continuous improvement within the Corporate Finance function.
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders across Finance, Technology, Data & Analytics, FP&A and Strategy teams.
- Build strong working relationships across the business while developing a broad understanding of airline operations and financial performance.
- Present findings, recommendations, and innovative solutions to senior leadership audiences.
- Leadership Development
- Participate in strategic initiatives with significant exposure to executive leadership.
- Contribute to the development of future-focused finance capabilities within the organization.
- Develop the skills, knowledge, and experience required for future leadership opportunities within Finance and the wider business.
