Manager Corporate Events

Planning and onsite executions of food and beverage management for our two US customer Summits, and internal Field Kickoff (2,500 - 3,500 attendees depending the event)

Develops F&B menus for Veeva programs including any ancillary meetings associated with the core program

Review attendee projections/estimates and works with Veeva marketing ops team on headcount estimates

Responsible for finalizing F&B counts for each program element

Submits menus and headcount to venue and works closely with the venue on any special requests

Manages venue to Veeva expected service levels defined in our events best practices documentation

Manages and maintains Veeva F&B planning spreadsheets and planning docs

Ensures flawless execution, quality of service, and timely delivery of all necessary components and materials for each event

Short- and long-range planning and proactive management and prioritization of timelines and priorities

Developing YoY cost per head analysis against each program component that you manage and each line of business/service offering so that we can make informed decisions on size/location of events

Reconciles and closes out final billings with venues

Secondary: Support and/or manage other program workstreams as directed

Base pay: $70,000 - $100,000

The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation in addition to base salary, such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
