Role Overview
F5 is seeking an experienced Professional Services Manager to lead our services team in Riyadh.
You will develop and coach a team of technical consultants, serve as a senior point of contact for key customers, and partner closely with the Saudi sales organization to deliver strong customer outcomes.
You will report to regional Professional Services leadership and help shape our services strategy in one of the region's most dynamic markets, supporting the Kingdom's digital transformation.

Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Strong knowledge of the Saudi market, customer culture and business practices.
- Proven ability to coach and develop technical consulting teams.
- Strong customer management skills, including handling escalations and difficult conversations.
- Sound judgment, flexibility, and emotional intelligence in a relationship-driven market.
- Ability to build trust with customers, consultants, sales teams, and regional leadership.
- Technical awareness of networking, application delivery, security or cloud, enough to engage in technical discussions and involve the right specialists.
- Leadership experience in Professional Services, Consulting, Services Delivery, Technical Account Management or a similar customer-facing technology environment.
- Experience working directly with enterprise and public-sector customers in Saudi Arabia.
- Fluent Arabic and professional-level English.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
