Manager Commissioning (Offshore, WHT, Subsea Cable, Piping, B/F's)

Role overview

Qualifications and experience

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline from an accredited university.
• Minimum 20+ years of experience, including at least 5 to 8+ years of significant offshore project experience.
• Proven experience managing multidiscipline offshore commissioning activities.
• Strong experience with wellhead towers, offshore platforms, piping, subsea cables, and brownfield modifications.
• Experience leading teams through system completion, pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up, and handover.

Preferred experience

• Subsea cable pull-in, termination, testing, and integration experience is strongly preferred.
• PMC/EPC background is preferred; ADNOC Offshore experience is advantageous.

Commissioning leadership and delivery

• Manage and execute offshore commissioning from preparation and systemization through testing, start-up, performance testing, and handover to Operations.
• Develop commissioning strategy and priorities in line with systemization, construction completion, start-up needs, project schedule, and offshore execution plans.
• Coordinate commissioning across wellhead towers, subsea cables, piping, electrical and instrumentation, mechanical, and control systems.
• Set up commissioning organization, manpower requirements, and responsibilities; coordinate readiness with Construction, Completion, and Operations.
• Ensure required personnel, resources, tools, and test equipment are available; monitor progress and define recovery actions.
• Ensure activities meet approved procedures, project specifications, engineering requirements, client/operator standards, schedule, and HSE requirements.
• Coordinate subsea cable pull-in, termination, hang-off, connection, and commissioning for power, control, communication, and fiber-optic cables.
