Role overview

Workstream delivery

• Own workstream plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, decisions, resource needs, acceptance criteria, and governance inputs.
• Anticipate slippage, drive contributors to commitments, develop recovery actions, and escalate material delivery changes.

Process analysis and design

• Facilitate workshops, validate evidence and requirements, map current-to-target state, diagnose root causes, and reconcile brand practices.
• Develop process maps, RACIs, controls, procedures, options, and recommendations; escalate policy, standard, and exception decisions.

Communication and governance

• Develop executive and stakeholder PowerPoint materials, define storylines, synthesize complex inputs, and tailor materials to audiences.
• Lead governance and cross-functional coordination; maintain decision, action, risk, issue, dependency, and change records.

Implementation and ongoing scope

• Lead readiness and implementation activities for assigned approved work, and ensure commitments become measurable deliverables.
• As the transformation matures, shift toward performance management, governance support, and continuous improvement.

Role expectations

• The role operates with substantial day-to-day autonomy within the program direction, priorities, and escalation framework set by the Senior Manager.
• The role uses sound judgment to resolve complex delivery issues and elevate material trade-offs with evidence and recommendations.
