• What you'll deliver
• You’ll develop and deliver a compelling vision for the **holistic passenger journey,** creating innovative service concepts that elevate Dubai Airports’ global position.
• You’ll embed a **customer-first mindset** across all design activities, ensuring both functional and emotional needs of passengers are fully understood and addressed.
• **You’ll l**everage data and passenger insights to develop **practical, scalable concepts, prototypes, and infrastructure solutions** that enhance the airport experience.
• You’ll create and implement a **strategic experience masterplan**, delivering a portfolio of innovative solutions that delight customers and differentiate Dubai Airports.
• You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer experience is fully integrated into **infrastructure plans and capital projects**.
• You’ll establish frameworks to **monitor, measure, and continuously enhance** the quality of passenger experiences and service propositions.
• **You’ll d**eliver design solutions that are **economically feasible, operationally viable, and commercially impactful.**
• **You’ll p**artner with internal teams, external consultants, and service providers to ensure successful **delivery of experience design initiatives.**
• What you bring
• You’ll have proven experience in customer experience design, service design, or human-centered design within complex environments with an overall of 10-12 years of experience.
• You’ll have a strong ability to translate user insights into innovative, practical solutions
• You’ll have a data-driven mindset with the ability to leverage customer insights and research
• You’ll have a strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across multiple functions and lastly, passion for creating world-class, customer-centric experiences
