To support our rapid business expansion in industrial automation and process control, we are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team.
Position Overview
The Key Account Manager will be responsible for developing strategic customer relationships, driving sales growth, identifying new business opportunities, and
promoting Honeywell Process Measurement & Control solutions
across key industrial sectors including
Oil & Gas, Water, Power, Manufacturing, Utilities, and Industrial Plants.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities and generate sustainable sales growth
- Promote Honeywell Process Measurement & Control products and solutions
- Build strong relationships with end users, EPC contractors, consultants, and industrial clients
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals in coordination with engineering teams
- Lead client meetings, technical presentations, and commercial negotiations
- Follow up on inquiries, tenders, and project opportunities until successful closure
- Develop account plans and sales strategies to achieve targets
- Coordinate with project, engineering, procurement, and service teams for smooth project execution
- Maintain strong market awareness and competitor analysis
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term partnership development
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Instrumentation, Electronics, Automation Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in industrial automation, instrumentation, or process control sales
- Strong understanding of Process Measurement & Control systems and industrial automation solutions
- Experience handling key accounts in industrial sectors within KSA
- Knowledge of Honeywell solutions is an added advantage
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and achieve business targets
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel within KSA
- Valid driving license
